Okinawa’s Treehouse Restaurant
Not far from the airport in Nana, Okinawa, Japan, there’s a rather unique eating establishment. It’s situated up in what appears to be a tree, but it’s not a tree, just a very realistic rendition made of concrete.
There’s an elevator in the trunk that takes the customers up to the restaurant. Even though I couldn’t determine the exact name of the place, I did come across some mixed reviews of the food served there. Apparently it’s pretty pricey too.
It’s certainly cool looking though!

Kevin,
That is very cool! It’s being circulated as an image in an email called “weird houses” or something… I wanted to track down which were real and which were fake and wound up here. ;)
