Monday Modular: PLACE
I want my own PLACE. I need a PLACE to raise my family. I want a PLACE to retire. I want a PLACE to vacation.
We all know what I am talking about when I use the word: PLACE. That is why I think it is an excellent name for an architecture firm and their product. PLACE Architects are located in Seattle Washington and are responsible for developing a kit home called PLACE. My first impression, simple. Start by choosing a size: Small, Medium, Large, or Tiny. Once you figured out the size, customize your PLACE to fit your lifestyle with style packages like: Urban, Natural and Vanguard.
It’s like ordering off a menu. Remember they do this to insure savings; time and money. PLACE claims you’ll see a 20-30% savings compared to a site built custom home.
It may be simple, but the homes don’t look simple. Instead I see a high style mid-centruy modern twist.
I chose this particular feature because of the integrated garage. Garages are ugly. That is why most prefab modern homes don’t have an attached garage. think about it.
