Hippie Home On the Go
To be honest I don’t know anything about this other than it rocks. I’ve failed to turn up any info on it but man, talk about an offbeat home for the traveling set.
Sweet.

I use to be a bit of a vagabond myself and I always loved hanging out in and around these types of trucks. I spent some time at Grateful Dead show and rainbow gatherings and you see plenty of gypsies and bus people at those places.
Visit http://www.housetrucks.com/ to see some cool pics and get info on some of this scene.

Ah yes, I actually think everyone should at some point live out of the back of something — bus, tuck, van. If the Dead were involved all the better. Or I suppose now the Others. Hmmm, the best summer I ever spent I lived that way. Not as huge a fan of Rainbow. You know I’ve visited your site before I think. Or one similar. I have a thing for conversions. Thanks for stopping by :)

I believe I actually saw this about 10 or 15 years ago on I-80 between sacramento and san fransisco. It made quit the impression on me because it was whimsical (the best way I can describe it). I think there may be a crescent moon on the back of it.
