Fairy Tale Molded Roof
I’m not so sure that the technically name for this is “molded” - I mean it’s not made of Jello. Plus roofing is not an area I know tons about. Still, supposedly, specialty roofers had to boil these shingles in large pots of water and then bend them to fit this roof restoration. That sounds time consuming - but really cool. Can you imagine?
I love how this roof turned out. You can see a picture of this home, before the roof was re-done, at a great home blog, Unusual Life. UL by the way, has the most amazing picture of a Magic Bus right now.
