48 Weekend Links All In A Line…
Did you know that we have 48 blogs here in the Lifestyles channel? 48! I don’t read all of them - my interests just don’t spread that wide. Plus there’s that pesky issue of not enough time in the day. So, I usually send link love to the blogs I do frequent, but this week I thought I’d try to find something nice about each blog here in the lifestyles channel. I missed last week’s dose of link love so hopefully this will make up for that bad blogger karma.
Let’s have some random structures as well. Oh, and yes, I totally stole the title of this post from some CSN song lyrics - it would have been perfect if we had just one more channel blog.
A Child Chosen: Good post on how to get your baby/child to sleep. This is related in particular to adopted children; but useful for all parents. I like that co-sleeping was mentioned. I’m a big co-sleeping advocate.
A Creative Journal: Link to ways to simplify - something most of us could try.
All Holiday Cafe: Thank goodness I stopped by here, I’d have never of known that today is Groundhog Day. Learn how you can find out if the little guy saw his shadow.
Babylune: Currently on break - good archives though.
Baking Delights: has a Superbowl Recipe Round-up going on. Is the Superbowl soon? I don’t know, but some of the food looks great.
Behind The Vines: The coolest modish wine bottle ever.
Blog Fabulous: I really like Blog Fabulous but this weekend there is an even more brilliant and hilarious post than usual; a photo log of when childproofing isn’t working - absolutely my favorite post of the weekend (so far!)
Brew Ha-Ha: Why bother pouring your own beer when you can just buy a robot who will pour it for you? Why really? I’m thinking they should market to the college crowd.
Career and Kids: Who did you inherit your work habits from?
Chocolate Bytes: Ooooo, a February Chocolate Bytes Contest - win wearable chocolate!
Cooking Gadgets: Remember when I said I wanted to see a banana house? Well, this isn’t that. Not even close actually, but it is an offbeat banana related item.
Dating Dames: All about courtship in dating - a lost art.
Declutter It: A mealtime planner review - what do you think? Will this pass the family mealtime test or are you better off sticking with sticky notes?
Foodie Obsessed: Information about a FREE celebrity cookbook.
GenBetween: The secret power of grapefruit.
Hankering for Yarn: My favorite post here was snow related - cool pictures of snow almost over a house. Scary - it never snows here. Well, not like this.
Inside Fatherhood: Are Angelina & Brad preggers again? Do I care? Not really, but then again, I think I’m in the minority. Go find out.
Inside Motherhood: Offbeat wall murals! Am I at Offbeat Homes?
Jewelry and Beading: What designers or artists have had the most influence on you?
Junk Creation: Awesome signs made from frying pans!
Keeping the Castle: 30 Practical Ways to Save Money - who can’t use this post?
Kettle and Cup: The High Cost of Home Restoration. Again with the house stuff? At a coffee and tea blog? What the…
Layers Upon Layers: Making faux carnival glass. This stuff is wacky cool.
Macro Cats: Macro Cats is weird - I don’t think it’s the sort of blog you link to. I think you just have to go see it in action.
You know, I’m kind of tired. 48 links is a lot.
Maybe I’ll do the second half tomorrow. 24 links is plenty for you to read anyhow. Or at least it’ll tide you over until tomorrow.

Tracee - you are welcome. Plus, I did finally make it through all 48 blogs. Your post was my favorite. Mainly because it made me laugh the most. Laughing is good.

Jennifer,
Hmmm, I wonder which bottle you were referring to because my link wasn’t complete. Thanks anyway:)

Doh! Farley, it should be fixed now - that’s odd. I hope your link was the only broken one. I used our permalinks; no clue why it wouldn’t work.
